McGrathRealEstate.com's form was a collaborative work with Dittmar Design. The designed the form and worked with the client, and I did all of the coding. The form was coded with HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and PHP.
A key feature of this project was the ability to save the form so that a user could stop half way through and save their progress. This required creating a large database to hold all of the clients information.
The project was primarily an exercise in organization and planning. The form has several hundred questions, which means that the database has several hundred variables. Staying organized was key in this project.
